Microfocus X-ray Inspection Technology (MX4)
This technology enables real-time observation and personal computer image analysis of x-ray images at the microscopic level.
- Maximum tube voltage: 200 kV (same level as ordinary x-ray equipment)
- Maximum penetration capability: 5 μm
- 5-mm penetration possible for carbon steel
