Ultrasonic Phased Array (UPA) Method
- Probes are aligned and the direction of the ultrasonic beam can be adjusted by changing the timing of transmission.
- An electronic focusing function is used to oscillate the ultrasonic beam, thus enabling examination of complex defects and the photographing of defect geometries.
